WoW Andy, I have been photographing ruby-throats for a number of years and I must say that this shot is one of the most spectacular hummingbird photographs that I've seen. Very interesting and unique. Great timing. Congratulations on such a fine shot. -john

Wow Andy, what a fantastic capture this is!! Not sure what they are doing, perhaps it's a baby and momma is feeding it, perhaps it is a fight for territory... whatever it is, it's certainly interesting. I don't often see their behavior amongst themselves "frozen" so it can be studied. You've done well here, all is so clear... the plant is also very nice...really adds to this wonderful "action" shot!
