About Just playing around, I had taken a picture of this graphic wall while downtown and then decided to put in old photos of me, my Mom,Dad and my great grandmother. I used a the rough pastel filter on our faces and added a yellowish tint with the paintbucket tool. I think we probably stand out too much still, but it is a first attempt and something wierd. Any suggestions on how to make it look better.???

Hi Alison,
I don't know what programme you are using. I am using Paint Shop Pro. I can explain to you if you use the same but I havent a clue how to get around in Photoshop:( Let me know if I can help you at all.

An interesting work, Alison! I'm not familiar with the process, so I can't give you any hints, but I like the idea and execution!

Hi Alison,
I really like this, I think that the effect is great!! Maybe you could make the images a bit more transparent and perhaps soften them just a tad but I like it as it is:)

Sylvia
PS you have a very nice looking family:)
