Lots of emotion in that face. I think you have captured the personally of this man perfectly.
BTW, Thanks for commenting on my picture, I have had no problems with my Nikon scanner with OSX. I am running 10.1.5 and really don't have any plans to go to 10.2.

Aiman - When I was a student at art school here in Jerusalem I took a very similar picture of an old Arab in Gaza refugee camp (this was in 1972). The photographer Leonard Freed came to our school and critiqued our work. I had enlarged my photo of the old man to 57/70cm and it was very impressive. He blasted the picture because he said that the viewer couldn't see anything about the person, his surroundings, way of life etc. I like your new project though - showing the human side of Egypt. I still feel that showing a detailed portrait like this does give the viewer a feeling for the person behind the face. Excellent work
