Hello dear Mojgan,
This is a good title for this image...I think it looks like some wires are fried in someones head ....and dis-connecting so they are begining to go Mad ... Therefore the title 'On the brink Of Madness' suits the image so well...
I like the colors and tones...and lights that are not connecting :))

Clearly amazing photo, I don't believe the result under long exposure....and into a moving car??? Absolutely PERFECT, absolutely great abstract and somehow the feeling of depth is very strong here. Excellent image Mojgan!
