Monika,
Very nice portrait of this little girl. She has great eyes, which you've captured beautifully. The composition is good & nice choice for B&W, since it accentuates all her freckles and really makes the whites of her eyes pop! I don't particularly like the hand placement, but it doesn't ruin the portrait.
