Thanks Shirley, the colour does add pizazz! I applied some tonal changes in the BW version to emphasize the stairs. See if you like it better. Attached (and also posted to the BW version.)

I do prefer this color version, as you can see the variations in the wonderful greens, and the stairs stand out better.:)
