Mike: This kit did eventually step out of the rocks after checking me out for a minute or two. The vixen mother wasn't about so it was being bad in doing so. They are an amazing blend of dog and cat which makes them very appealing to watch. Mom moved them somewhere else now and we haven't found them again. Thank you very much for your kind and thoughtful remarks.

Fred -- My favorite of the batch! Your composition in this image makes it easy to attribute emotion to this young kit. He appears timid and shy. He looks like he wants to come out and play, but will take a moment to warm to the idea. His eyes suggest he's like the timid hound who is just waiting for the invitation to romp!
Nice use of vignetting to center the viewer's attention on the fox.
Great capture, -Mike.

Bill: I went back this PM to see them and they were a no show. Maybe I will go earlier in the day. I wondered if mum had moved them but someone stopped and said they had been there earlier in the PM. Thanks again.
