Incredible Winfried! I'm glad such bars are not in our zoo . . . they seem to make the experience of visiting these wonderful animals a much less enjoyable experience! I agree . . . It is good you have the bars captured in the shot with those eyes . . . painful for any animal lover!

You are right to capture this image emphasising the bars. So may people go to zoos to photograph animals but try to pretend the bars and walls aren't there. By the look on this poor guy's face I can almost imagine that's a human behind those bars.
