Thanks for your comment Steve. I like to experiment with different things to see what works best. This photo was taken some time ago. If I were to shoot it today I would probably compose it a little differently. Maybe showing more of the stem.

Great clarity and tones, James. The yellow is quite nice. My personal preference would be to see a bit more stem. Given that tulips are known for their long, slender stems, the middle two seem a bit naked clipped at the bottom as they are. But other than that I think you've presented a very fine photo. Steve
