What an interesting photograph. Well captured by you at a great angle.
Lots of things entered my mind while viewing this. As a parent, I would freak out if my kid had to go to school like this. Such dangerous antics. I must wonder how many kids get hurt when their backpacks catch on something and they fall off.
Then I thought about all the adults there on the train, how they merely sit in their seats as the kids have to hang on.
And lastly, knowing kids, how they probably consider this fun and the highlight of their day.

Great moment and I like the conversion to the tone you have used. The line of the tram and children lead the eyes right through the scene. Exposure is excellent. i like it.
