That was a Trix pushed to 1600.
The strong contrast is due to the lith printing tecnique.

What film was this? Did you boost contrast during printing?

Forse usando un diaframma leggermente più aperto ma soprattutto con uno "sfondo diverso" dovresti ottenere un risultato più pacato (vedi sotto).
