Yeah, but the POV in that picture is ordinary.. rather, the POV in this one is much better.. keeping this, and adding THAT minimalistic touch will make the break.. I think.. :)

The twigs in focus and the twigs out-of-focus... creates a dreamy effect.... I m loving it...

May be this could help us....its only a thought... may be a minimalist approach of the same can give us the desired result

Bingo ..!! i was just thinking about the same ...!!! only in my dream the branch was coming from left side. neverthaless .. this position will look better since it makes a pattern also between bid and branch..!!!
Wise man .... :)

Yes, as I said, it is NOT easy.. otherwise I would not have told YOU..
I think you got pretty close to what I was thinking, abt locating a bird high on tree branches.. I have attached a simple drawing of what I had in mind.. I think THIS would really make the shot perfect !!!
Your thoughts..

I admit Avishek da.
Yes, the twigs sils also got much importance in this pic which rather should not be the case. Regarding a thought of mimimalism, with this kind of noise in the forground and banckground I dont think the essence of minimalism can ve achived in anyway.
what we can do in this case is like ... locate a bird high on the tree branches where BG noise is zero and only the sky should be in BG. zooming the bird with 3 stop under exposure in the back ground of a clear sky can make the photo worthwhile to look at and at the same time with lil thinking while pressing the shutter we can have minimalist composition out of it. How it sounds..!!

Babloo, I do not like the composition much. I will give the reason:
The main subject (i.e the sil of the bird) and the abberations (i.e. the sils of the twigs) share the same importance in the picture - which is not a good composition. I realised this while taking similar shots in the Bronx Zoo.. we have to think more about this type of shots and take them differently. I have not yet figured out how best to, frankly.. but I have a notion that maybe a minimalistic approach is best suited for this type of shots.. I know, it's difficult... but then, otherwise, why will I tell YOU ??
Cheers! Avishek-da
