Thank you very much Joe, als for visiting my website. The thing is, that most of the pictures of wildlife / insects such as this caterpillar are just in my backgarden of 10 x 8 mtrs. Not any insect in the garden is there without me noticing is. Me too cannot wait until spring to come.

Fabulous macro Paul. This makes the caterpillar seem almost alien.The luminescent 'whiskers' look sticky and almost like they belong on a jellyfish rather than this land dweller.
The detail is magnificent, great colour and you have framed this nicely.
A-1 work, as usual.

Also, I checked out your web site. You have a very impressive portfolio of macro images. I got a MPe-65 late last fall but due the time of year there has been very few macro subjects outside. Having seen your close-ups of plants has given me the incentive to capture more of the plants around the house.
