No problems Keith, I've tried to give you 'constructive' comments on the pictures I've rated for you so far, but as I'm new to taking photos, they probably aren't much help! But if it's any concellation, the marks I've been giving you are just as high as if I'd said "Great Pic," so don't think I'm marking you low because I'm definitely not.
My girlfriend lives in Rotherham, so that's why I travel there every weekend - through Woodhead pass every Friday and Sunday night. This is why I've taken photos of places you will be familiar with. I'll post some more familiar photos soon, as well as others.

Steve, many thanks for the comments on my modest pieces. I too enjoy seeing other peoples local work. I live in Dinnington and Work in Manchester, so I get to see the Snake and Woodhead twice a day in all conditions. Sometimes I get lucky like today.
I'm looking forward to seeing you Roche Abbey photos, and any other local hot spots which I've yet to find ;-)

I particularly like dark and moody shots and this Formby beach is excellent, by far the best of the three so far.
