As is the consensus, this is a lovely, well-balanced photo, Maurizio. The only small point that bothers me (I like the boat) is that the land in the foreground in the lower right corner has a vertical band of bluish tint. Removing this might help.

This is nice photography Maurizio.
First I thought that it was a B&W photo since the tonal range is really close to the B&W, but this is not the case. I like the pov you choose leading to have in the foreground, a curve which breaks the linearity of the background. The sligh reflection on the surface of the water, the blue colors, the trees under the snow, all gives rise to a beautiful composition full of peaceful feeling. I just regret one thing : the small boat on the right, which attracts to much the eye with its dark contrast.. but this is difficult to move it ;).
This is a really nice work my friend.
