Hi Christian... hmmm, well, gamma point/histograms are still outside of my grasp. I really need to get an easy to read book or something on basic editing practises. Basically I just adjust contrast and maybe the colours a bit until it looks as "natural" as I can. (the curves is only a very recent addition!) I also wonder how much of a difference different monitors make? So you'll have to give me a few pointers on just what or how I should adjust the gamma point! Thanks, Gary
I share the feeling : I like the abstraction, the curves, the hues. Now that you are supposed to follow a crash course on the levels and curves controls in PS, I might suggest that you lighten a bit your gamma point (mid-point in the histogram).
