Not the most beautiful bird I've ever seen, Yamil, but a great capture of it and it's catch! Fantastic detail throughout, and perfect exposure and dof. Really well done, Yamil, especially considering where you shot it! Dave.
Hi Robbie, As you already know, in Florida birds are all over the state and beyond. The first bird that I noticed was this Wood Stork. I found him at mid night when my family and I got to the hotel and I went to drop off the vehicle at the parking lot. I went to look for him the next morning and I was surprise when I found Hooded Mergansers, Tricolor Herons, Great White Egrets, White Ibis, Snowy Egrets and Great Blue Herons. All of then were fishing in a little pond right on front of the hotel. Also, a couple of times I saw an Osprey heading towards a nearby lake. Then when I was leaving the hotel with my son, I found a perched Red-shoulder Hawk that I will be posting in a few days when I finish the post-processing. Take care buddy. Yamil
