Great picture Alan, the dark blue water and blue sky blend in so well together. And the beautiful fall colors on the bushes are just great. Nice work.

Ok, ok I won't say anything about the horizon......Ooops I guess I just did...LOL Nawww.... I like this compositon. Looks so calm and peacful. The crazy pattern of the dock breaks up the horizontal edge of the photo giving it a great feel. I only wish i could be sitting there watching that slow sunset.

A fine composition, Alan, with the shoreline making a pleasant diagonal leading into the shot. The sky has a nice softness too.

Often after reviewing a new post, something will be apparent that just wasn't there previously! Grrr
:)
All the best,
Kes

You need another three degrees of rotation, Captain. ;)

I already twisted it in that direction, I guess I didn't go far enough. Thanks Paul!

Great composition, but did you intend to have a crooked horizon? (it needs a slight clockwise rotation).
