LOL Giuseppe... It, the onion, sat very still not even a murmur as I considered it's fate...
The skin caught the light nicely, so I was pleased both with the shot and the eating... :)

Hiya Mum, have to disagree with Katherine, sorry, I like the blown out 'bits' and think they add to the composition, making the rusty tones stand out more and drawing the focus to the detail of the skin. Great work AGAIN, hugs, Bexta xxx

Luckly you told me, I would never think that it was an onion, well a late onion. The melange of yellow and red makes a beautiful tonality, the texture is perfect. Ciao Leonie.

Great idea...good photographer always has camera first lunch later. I think the light blows out some of the detail and is so strong that it distracts from the excellent texture of the onion. Maybe soften the light (with new onion of course...lol) and this would be an excellent study. (I like it..just could be better)
