I love the effect. It must be great to shoot IR handholding and with great DOF. A converted sensor is a great asset in this case - for example, the image is so sharp - thanks not only to a smaller aperture but also due to a higher speed that can avoid blurry grass caused bt the wind.

What a cool shot Don! The IR makes this seem like a frozen desert!Especially the small plants along the ground! The clouds really pop out here!
