thank you ali for your comments, as well AJ, as i said its not a posed shot and this is the strenth of the photo otherwise it would be better, you are right i would remove the slight distraction at top right, thank you both again

Looks like a posed shot rather than a chance street shot! A nice scene, though you might consider removing the slight distraction at top right.
