What an incredible caputure! Wonderful details and perfect timing-- nice catch of the water droplets flying off of it's head as it tries to catch the fish thown to it. I've never seen a pelican with it's mouth (bill??) open like this. Exellent!

Superb details Darlene. The feathers came out perfectly and you can even see the viens in the mouth. My only suggestion might be the composition. Possibly getting the entire bird into the shot. Regards, Chris

woww.. very nice capture of the moment and the details and sharpness are amazing for critics, I am not sure of, but maybe the position of the pelican, could be more dynamic
