These Fine Chef's at the Lobster Trap in downtown Asheville, N.C. have "got it goin' on"...My party had an excellent 'kitchen bar' seat and watched these Culinary Wizard's prepare Lobster's and more Lobster's for their dinner guests... The Chef's were friendly and accomodating as we sipped Sweet-Water 420 Beer and sucked on some of the most succulent Maine Lobster in North Carolina...Asheville is quiet a 'happening' town and North Carolinian's in general are a friendly tribe...They even 'Talk Like Us' down here in Mississippi...I say Amen to that...
