Thanks all for comments! :-) Giuliano, you got it right! :-) A soft box (90x120 cm) from left (very close to get the back all black) and another with honeycomb grid from behind. The distance to the background is about 2-3 meters. A pro make up artist was also engaged. More pictures of Fia and other models will soon be uploaded. I always appreciate wiewpoints and questions of my work. :-)

Hello Mikael,
tell me more regarding the light scheme. I've a Bowens at home and I need to do some practice. Any trick or suggestion is always welcome.
I try to look inside the eyes of Fia, did you use a bank on the left? ...and how did you get the "shape light" on the right? Another light source on the top but behind the model?
How much was the distance between the model and the background? How did you manage the "black" on the background?
Now that I'm "fighting" with the lights I appreciate more and more these portraits :)
