About	Shot this more than 12mths ago at 5.30am. I have attempted a b&w version at least half a dozen times since then, unsuccessfully! Nothing seemed to look right given the original was basically all blue tones - it looked so dull even using the channel mixer. Tonight I had a play with selective colour adjustments - pumped up the blacks. Still not so sure, what do you think? How did I miss this photo? Peta, this is gorgeous. The original was, well, ok, but this is very nicely done. Cropping is much better and your PS work to convert to B&W is lovely. Well earned BIP.

brilliant pano!!! The b/w conversion is outstanding, and so well balanced. your composition, and delicate crop is perfect. SO well done!

The exposure is so nice, and works so well in the way it wraps the water around the rocks...so beautiful! ..and it's one more reason why this image is so effective in b/w! wow.... very nice!
