It is a photograph Dear Giuseppe, not a painting, and I too love flowers :) It looks like a painting I think because I am also a painter. When I work photographically, I think the painter in me spills over into many of my images.

Love this view ! Very well done, excellent image with fine texture and great composition. Like the kind of metal looking background much, it adds to the whole image. Also like the kind of abstract view a lot. Compliments, my friend !

It is not a painting. It is a real lily. Very little PS work (which is really only in the coloured parts, and just a small kick up in background texture... even though this is a colour image...)
It's all done with mirrors! :)

Aniko this is sooo cool! and funny too because before I went out this afternoon I was going to post the shot below for you, the lover of lillies!:) I really like the effect you have in this shot, reminds me of Japanese woodblocks (don't ask me why??)
