Actually, NJ, the grain in the sky was added, as was about 4 grunge layers on the building. Thanks for the feedback.

Paul, scenes like this is always on my back sight and are always targeted for shooting. So I like the one. There is however something too grainish in the sky portion of the picture that makes me unconfortable to fully enjoy the shot. Technicalities that matters as I have learned being rejected or kicked off with my submissions from other sites just because of the picture quality.
I know reducing size sometimes kills quality of your job and I hate this.
