Thank you Dear Mary!
I like stories in pictures... perhaps as I am also an author/poetic/and so forth. Sometimes when I say these things, I feel like I might be big-noting myself. Not the case. I'm not that "big"... lol... But all artforms to me go hand in hand. If I could "sing" a picture, I would do that too. In fact, a whole series I shot (with a lily theme), inspired me to write a song "Lily"... This hashappened with other images too. They inspire the musician song writer/singer within my heart.
Thank you again, Mary. You are a kind and good friend, much appreciated. Aniko :)

Again love the mystery feel. The textures and the colours so intriguing. Like a film. Wonderful image Aniko.

Oh... also, Paul... "Sleeping Beauty" is (a tight) shot from inside one of the rooms in the same place. Some of the rooms are just incredible.. not to mention the verandahs and odd shapes of everything... Soon I will be posting nothing but shots of this place ... hehe.... :)
Warmest, bestest, Ani :)

Hi Paul!
No, it's not a bad place. Better in summer (when swamp conditions are replaced by the tiger snakes nesting under the house! ROFL!):)
I do have many images of the entire house. It is very unusual. I would have to post at least 6 for you to see it from its many angles. Whacky but gorgeous place! I'll dig around for some of the pics and post them sometime. You might not even believe it is the same place, when you see its many "faces".
The shots "despair" and "forgotten garden" are the same building, as are the "virgina creeper" shots. The other window shot "window art" is also the same building. I think it's my favourite place for imteresting shoots. And I believe you'll be surprised at the very unusual architectural design.
Thanks again for your kind comments my friend, Ani :)
