About Waiting

Waiting in the black and white
No colour can be seen
Waiting for the sun to rise
And warmth to return to me

Waiting for the wall to crumble
That keeps me locked away
Waiting for the sun to shine
And warm my heart this day

Waiting for my spirit to soar
And my pulse to rush once more
Waiting for my one true love
To come back & knock upon my door

Waiting now, I know in vain
The truth I see, has caused me pain
So much time lost, stalled, insane
Now my life must move on again

Waiting for the sun to rise
And the warmth to return to me
Waiting for my heart to beat
And the pure colour yet to be seen

Hmmmmmm???? Sad..but why I wonder...feelings of the heart and mind that I don't see...perhaps I'm blind?
I'm moved

The poem is mine :) Thank you Luis.. though not my best.

The photo.. definately holds some inspiration from your work (been having so much fun in photoshop lately & have stumbled upon a few more tricks so hopefully more to come soon)

Have you seen my Swan Lake? Now that was totally inspired by your work :)

I look forward to receiving the photo from you my friend & beg permission to print it out, hang it on my wall & show it off to all who cross my threshold.

I do hope you are keeping well & bright Luis x
