Great energy movement, personally prefer little crop of its base, actually not for composing reason, only for distribution balance! Harry

Roger - Thanks. Another painter I had to look up. Very interesting work. My eyes are still spinning. Not sure about this association though. She seems to have had two periods: one geometric in b&w and another less strict in color. Do you mean to say that this image is like her geometric work only in color? That's my best guess.

Roger - I think I see it. I had to look Helen up. She began as a Cubist, then followed the footsteps of Kandinsky, and finally ended up one-upping Jackson Pollock (stylistically speaking). Her work is quite interesting, but I think what you are referring to is the flat linearity of her paintings where the forground and background are ultimately married. Something like that?

This image kind of grew on me, James, with the movement supplied my the colored lines and the negative space at the bottom providing some relief and support to the colors. Multiple colors, with subtle differences in the pink, also contribute. It says, get out and move around to me. Anson

Francisco - Thanks. Hahaha. Well, if it makes you feel any better, they are technically gaseous. Although, electricity seems to act an awful lot like a fluid. But electricity is just plain strange all the way around.

Wonderful colours and design; however, it gives me shivers thinking to my fluid dynamics classes... :^(
