I like the shadow and the subject is interesting as architecture being different than what I'm used to seeing. If you have a version of photoshop with perspective control you could straighten the "falling away" that results from the camera angle. The noisy sky could be fixed in several ways the best being NeatImage. There's a free version available.

nice colors- perhaps a straight on view would have been interesting, and without the shadow.
