She has a nice smile, amazingly white teeth, a good pose, nice blurred backdrop. But with closeups, another approach is to crop close, so that the face and expression are really all that you see, as suggested here.

The bottom part of her face does look large. Perhaps a more dramatic angle by bring the camera up and looking down on her would improve that. I would also show more of her face and less of her shirt. Don't be afraid to go closer. Lighting and depth of field are very nice!
