About	This was Shot from Cape Royal at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon Yesterday. Recipe of the Day Hand Held Canon 5D Sigma 24-70mm 2.8 EX DG Hoya Super Multicoated Circular Polarizer. F3.5(Because of the Wind and Rain) Shutter speed was 1/600th ISO 100 I tried to shoot this at F16 and tri-pod but with the Swirling winds it shook to much. I hope you like it.

It's amazing how different the Grand Canyon looks as the weather changes.

The cloud coverage is wonderful and the natural colors have a very warm feeling.

Excellent composition. You're so lucky to be so close to one of the Wonders of the World.

The touches of sunshine in this shot adds a little something to the whole. Really like the colors and the way you were able to show the rain falling in several different areas of the Canyon. Clouds were sure nice for you yesterday!Nice composition - the Colorado River is almost smack in the center of the shot and coming right at us. Super DOF - can see what must have been the wind blurring the left side of the brush on the right foreground.
