Well if you try this on your own, you'll find out why are there so many drops..Big one made the hole in the water and so called "tails" are what you see in air..And if there is a doubt is picture mine or not i could send more of same theme or you can just check Metadata from all of my pictures, same camera made them all ;).

I've spent a minute more and hosted another one with different lightning.

Very well captured. And if Aliihsan says so, you can bet you're doing things right. You say one drop per second? I see five drops standing up from the splash. Are they rising drops?

Thank you all for viewing and commenting!

I've used middle sized green plastic can, aprox 2L capacity and 30cm in diameter. Backlight was small table lamp with 75W yellow bulb. Camera on tripod, 30cm away from drops. Water was falling from maybe 15cm height and maybe one drop every 1 sec. I've used small peice of paper to bounce flash above the surface of the water, to prevent burned image and strong reflections.

Wonderful capture! So clear as if the droplets went down through a bracelet of glass. The green colour is awesome even more so because that is my favorite colour;-)
Best wishes,
Annemette
