great capture! funny, that yesterday, a dragonfly rocketed past my head, and though of how difficult it would be to get a picture of one. ...and you *nailed* it!

A very well deserved SC award Carlo, well done to you. This is an amazing shot of a dragonfly in flight, the details are awesome and the shutter speed has left some detail in the wings and yet sufficient speed to show the movement of the flight.
