Super composition, using the median strip to come out of the corners and lead you directly to the collonade. Very artsy and no doubt why it was selected as part of the article. Congratulations.

As you can see, the sky was kind of mediocre due to the haze and high humidity, even with a polarizer, so a close-up shot of the sculpture with just steel and sky was underwhelming. I needed something to help lead the eye into the shot, which is why I walked several yards back to check out this angle.

Howdy Paul.
this image breaks my brain!! I love what you captured. What could be an image of wicked sculpture, you balanced perfectly with a very simple driveway barrier that's so perfectly pointed at the address numbers of an apartment complex sign.
your composition is amazing! I love the 70's feel with the colors, and the the crop that so silently balances the image...against the perfect line where the bricks on the bottom find the corners.
Well done Paul!
....your images are making me wish the weekend were here so I'd have time to get out and take pictures!
