About	'Making Amends'...I am the one making amends by posting this! When I posted a similar shot to this there was some misunderstanding about what was happening so I'm reposting this uncropped version. The monk was an honoured visitor to Britain and, by custom, the first to the main dishes after having rice placed in his bowl by devotees.

Thanks for this Len....it makes more sense now. Chef....what am I like?? I am still concerned about the size of his bowl though....you can pack a week's rations into that. A better shot for the interesting details but you were right to post the cropped as the better composed shot. All the best to you my friend.....Ray
