Dear Avi,
I will try to explain you how I did it! You can see on the attached image the basic motif.
Then I switch off the light, and clock was start glowing (Phosphor; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phosphor).
I use very long exposure (30 sec), and slowly zoom out, and voila!
That's it
