Ahhh, great capture and well presented in black and white. As you've seen, I find these old building fascinating to photograph. Gosh, it looks like it has a grass roof.

I like the sketchy effect of a drawing. The shadows, the broken windows, or blinds, the graffetti. It all is well done in the unique style.
