This is great and I very much like the lighting and tones . . . not to mention the natural positions of the two conversing as though they had no photographer studying them.
I think, in my opinion, though, that a tighter crop might have more impact as well as eliminate some negative space on the left. This is a great shot as it stands . . . my advice to you is nothing more than some ideas as to what I would do with it. I have attached a crop of your shot to more fully explain what I was looking at.
