Pan, you know what a fan I am, and let me just say this is your best work so far, in the sense you have taken a simple subject and made it seem extremely important. Your tones and mood are exceptional as usual... let me say "welcome to the club (FPD)"... I can think of noone who deserves it more. Next time I go to greece, you have to take me around athens :)) and show me how you process these, lol (jealous)

Great concept & deep underlying thought of ur shots combined with creative mood & right sense that u give to the images by adding special effects, are the significant characteristics of ur works.
This one's of course one of ur best shots; Dynamic space made by nice perspective & angle u've chosen vs stillness & calmness of the man..

I love the depth of field, and the burnt out highlights match the scratchy feel. This and the aforementioned out-of-focus foreground to give this an old-fashioned feel that's truly timeless. So many "rules" are so perfectly broken here, and the sky lends a great feeling of openness. The title strikes me as being immediately existential. I'm reminded of Sartre's La Nausee. Just a thought.
