ja, glauben kann man die zahl nu wirklich nicht. vielleicht sollte ja statt der 5 vorne als erstes auch eine 0 stehen, wer weiß...;-)
schade, dass ich bei pp nicht rein komme. kaum die seite aufgerufen, verabschiedet sich der browser. ist die einzige dieser photosites hier, wo mir das passiert....

zombie-freakshow *gg*. aber is schon komisch, ich hatte mir jetzt eigentlich auch vorgenommen mal ein wenig mehr wieder hier zu zeigen aber damit isses ja allein auch nicht getan, weil ohne eigene anmerkungen kriegt man ja selber auch keine...is ja auch nicht ganz unverständlich. was mich nur immer wundert ist die zahl der angeblich angemeldeten user, die man auf der startseite sehen kann. bei mir steht da meistens was von 5000 oder so, aber welche - aktfreien oder awardfreien - bilder haben denn noch mehr als 200 besucher oder meist gar nur 100. wie gesagt, ein wenig verwunderlich schon das ganze...

na ich weiß auch nicht, was hier los. Meine Friendsliste ist ein Zombie-Freakshow. Kaum einer ist hier noch aktiv. Wenn überhaupt, dann geht was über den Critique Corner.
Aber so kann es eigentlich nicht weitergehen auf UF. Zeit für neue Friends hier habe ich echt keine ;-)

well well....kaum komm ich mal regelmäßiger vorbei, lassen es alle anderen etwas schleifen, gell? ;-) aber fällt schon auf, dass immer weniger besucher bei den bildern vorbeikommen...nun denn dear friend, hatte ich schon mal erwähnt, dass ich solche motive ja doch sehr mag? kitsch? well, i am proud to be a kitsch-fan zuweilen....

thanks for the reworks. You enhanced the image with a bit more saturation which helps the image to be more fresh. My slightly color reduced variant is a mild try to fight the kitsch factor =)

Interesting version... not exactly my memory of the scene ;-)
Maybe the transition between the foreground and background in terms of DOF is a bit harsh in the BW version.

To me this is a little "flat" and lacking in depth due to the fairly harsh light. I can't help wondering if it would look better from a slightly lower viewpoint, which would make more of a foreground feature of the nearest vegetation, and hide the top of the tree that juts up on the left of the main tree. I would also have preferred the tree to be fully on the "third" instead of the cloud being there, and maybe a little closer in towards the tree... just some ideas.

Hi Thilo,
Hope you don't mind a critique from an amature. Composition and placement of the tree is good, but there's someting lacking here and I'm guessing too much of the grass on the foreground was included. The pattern of the grass on the foreground doesn't provide much impact - very random arrangement and I guess doesn't hold my eye to it - but as I move my eye up, the grass pattern actually improves and helps take my eye to the tree.... Just my thought.
