The colors and intesity of this sunrise is certainly worthy of being awake for...if only they were all this pretty it would make morning easier for us night hawks! Great shot! Congrats!

Yay vacation! 
Well as I said in the other comment I took this about 7:00 am as I was getting ready for school so it wasn't too hard for me to wake up. :P It's not like I planned it, this was a spur of the moment photo.

Wow..great colors! Amazing sky! You have done good to wake up early..you would have lost this beautiful sky! However I'm not a morning person too;-) Unfortunately I'm forced to wake up early because I have to go at work..but today my vacations are begun! Happy happy happy ;-))))

Hi Carlen, great colours... I like morning skies especially in the winter there are some great colours to be seen. I actually shoot most of my nature pictures in the morning because I like the light.

wow, this is really worth to get up early in the morning. I'm not so much of a morning person either, so good job! The sky looks excellent, really surreal colors and the silhouet of the tree looks so nice next to it, very nice contrast. A really good photo.
