my 1st try at frogs; sitting near a pond and waiting for her/him to approach; this one came a bit too close, but I like the bluriness... cropped 20% out on top (too much empty space) and adjusted levels
Hi Mireille, I really like the composition here, the emptiness on top works very well. The blurriness is ok, but maybe a bit too much. I agree it needs a shallow DOF to separate subject from background, though. I just think having a bit more of the frog in focus wouldve increased the impact of this photo tremendously. Excellent tones, though.
