Thanks Lisa! Yeah...it is one of the things that I was concerned with on this night shot. I don't think there are many vantage points on this side to avoid it; you can minimize it but can't get rid of it. :( Thanks for consistently commenting on my work! I really appreciate it... :)

Thanks for compliment Doyle! Very tough to get that obstruction out of the shot and you're so right about the daylight shots. What is a slight bother at night adds a lot to the shot during that daylight hours. The next time I get out there I am going to attempt to shoot the bridge from the top of that hill and see what I can get. Thanks!

Nice image with good saturated color. I have shot from this same location more than once . . . there's no way to get this image and lose the lower left dark corner . . . In daylight, the image is good because it is clear what obstructs the view. I'm wondering if you had some low level reflected light possibly it might help to make clear what's there . . . but it'd have to be very low indeed since you clearly used a very slow shutter speed. Then again, I like it as is too.

Wonderful reflection of the bridge in the water. I love the look of the boat lights going under the bridge area. Not so sure about the large black area created by the hill, but you can't move it out of the way and cropping the bridge to the left might have been a bit much.

no bad Rob, beautiful colours on the bridge and water but the "black hole" in the bottom left corner detracts from this shot, compairing it to the previous two, this one is a distant cousin.
