yes, it is real. i've found this bike in a forest. i don't know why people have broken the wheels in this way, it has been abandoned close to a tree.

This is possibly the best sepia conversion I have seen. I suspect though, that it looks this good because you shot the photo properly in the first place! Good eye for composition Eleonora and I love your subtle use of diffused glow. Very elegant, timeless and yes, romantic.
I completely understand your motivation here. We have very similar ideas... :)
