About Dairy Queen. A Texas icon. This dear lady and her husband had been away from their home in Texas for a prolonged period and they celebrated their return by having the world famous "Steak Finger Basket" for their first meal upon returning. While her husband was elsewhere, she called the cook out to thank him for preparing such a wonderful meal. I couldn't resist, so I asked if I could take a photo of them. Great people.
