I agree with Hugo's assesment regarding the position of the eyes. Better to have it turned left & centered giving better catchlight to model's eyes thus increasing the impact of the portrait. Overall a great portrait Selami with fantastic skin tones, regards.

Hi Selami, Technically a very good shot, well balanced and all. Also, the pose is quite alright. The softness in the contrast matches the gentile looks and atmosphere very well.
I think there's a bit too much white in the eye showing, though. It reduces the expression and strength in the image a bit. Also, I feel a bit ambiguous about the rather black area in the lower section of the photo. A bit of contrasts and textures in that area might've provided a bit more subtlety in this photo as well as create a bit more balance in the composition, but I realise that's purely subjective.
