I love this shot, Jo. The change of perspective from the bottom lines to the upper lines converging on a different horizon is really nice, and paralleled by the change of color. This is really, really nice!!!!

Very interesting range of tones! It is a static composition but also has depth and perspective to add interest. A slight sense of diagonal is implied by the direction of light and the hint of shadow on bottom right. This creates subtle sense of dynamic tension and makes the photograph work. Well done Joao!

Ab fab image!!! Cool chair and super shot of it... taken and cropped like this it makes for an excellent abstract...!!! Wonderful tones and I love the lines... the symmetry is almost spot on (just a centimeter more to the right... ;-D)... very well done!!!

Hi Joao, A good technical shot, well handled. I believe there's a slightly different approach that would make the composition a bit less static, but that would imply removing the symmetry. Also, I'm not so sure about the use of black, taking up a rather large part of this image.
The strongest thing in this image, as far as i"m concerned is the gradient from cool tones in the top right to the warm hues in the lower parts of the image.

Yes, my wife 'was' a photographer. She's a great source for me to go to for advice. She can be very honest, and we all need that in field! She studied for 4 years, and tortures me with her knowledge as she watches me make mistakes! ;)

This is beautiful! Even my wife, who is very tired of me showing her cool images..looked over at my monitor while I was up getting a drink, and she said, "wow! that a cool photo!" ...and she's the one who majored in photography. :)
I have to agree with her... there was a reason it was up on my screen! Your balance of perspective lines, light, and color are perfect! I love it! Very well done my friend!
