Hi Brian I agree....overdoing an image in PS certainly degrades the authenticity of the original capture.

However, in this case I think that would kind of be like giving film negatives to a photolab, and then telling them not to adjust them for optimal print output. Minor adjustments as far as contrast and saturation are pretty much inline with what's been done w/ film based output for years.

yes jake the best thing ive laid my hands on to date. certainly makes the kitt lense very redundant and quality comparison is very much in favour of the 17-40mm.

its no problem chris ,i like the improvement ,however im trying to keep away from ps it just leans so many photos towards the art side of the hobby. however its probably still the ultimate package!. thanks brian
